Freida Pinto says "Jai Ho Galliano" at the Oscars
After courting various designer's handiwork to the innumerable award shows celebrating the magical journey of human optimism in Slumdog Millionaire, it seemed a perfect fantastical culmination for Freida Pinto to turn up at the Oscars in an equally mystically beautiful gossamer dress from John Galliano's Spring 2009 Ready-To-Wear collection.I personally adore this dress for the innumerable creative options that it throws open, inviting it to be dressed over contrasting colors like peacock green, fuchsia or black.The silhouette is a bit disappointing on Freida especially around the waist and that her stylist decided to go with the blue look throughout, doesn't seem to convey the eccentric quirkiness of Galliano thats so resplendent in this dress.
All I wanna say is "JAI HO GALLIANO"!!!
